I’ve made a New Year’s resolution. It’s a commitment for 2016 which includes blogging or vlogging or posting to this blog at least once a week. I know I’ve been very neglectful but I always felt as if I had to have something profound to add. And honestly, I realize it doesn’t have to be profound, but just real. And living up to my once a week commitment by the end of 2016 will no doubt make me feel really good.
I’ve picked up a book called: The Success Principles by Jack Canfield. And one of the principles is to write down what you want. I am working on that this week. Some things no doubt I’ll share with the world, while others I plan to keep to myself. There are many other principles and exercises I’ll share along the way.
In any event, this is my first step in a journey to make change. And every change a positive one.
